This guidance revised, September 15th 2020
We want you to have the confidence to book your stay at Barnstondale knowing that we are doing everything we can to have our site, amenities, and accommodation safe and ready for you. We are closely monitoring Government guidance and the World Health Organisation and local health authorities for the latest developments related to COVID-19. We are reinforcing these agencies recommendations along with our own appropriate health and safety measures as advised by our personal health and safety consultants.
Given the impact of COVID-19, we realise that the virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go about our regular activities. We will check with you 24 hours before arrival that there are no symptomatic guests in your party and for you to undertake responsibility on your journey to our site to follow social distancing and hygiene in handwashing.
On arrival you will be met at the site gates and temperatures of everyone will be taken. You will then be asked to check in to the site using our dedicated QR Code, in accordance with the Government’s ‘Track and Trace’ process. All guests will be asked to hand sanitise at this point too.
During your visit you must identify a key person to ensure that safety measures are being upheld by all your party, i.e. Social Distancing and Hygiene.
Barnstondale has a zero-tolerance policy around COVID-19 compliance and will ask anyone who puts others at risk to leave and this may mean the whole visit has to be cancelled due to isolation requirements.
We recognise that these are unsettling times and we want you to know that the safety and well-being of our guests and staff are our priority.
We have collated this information into a download which includes a statement that you must complete prior to your arrival at Barnstondale.
Working together we can help to make visiting Barnstondale safer for everyone. Your safety is our absolute top priority.
